1st & 2nd February

Two weeks today there are 10 Hereford bulls and 3 Hereford females on offer for sale at United Auctions - Livestock Auctioneers Stirling Bull Sales.

For anyone that has never been let us explain a little bit about the sale format.

Cattle arrive Friday afternoon/Saturday morning, inspection Saturday afternoon, show of bulls and parade of females Sunday afternoon.

It is a multi breed sale with Angus, Shorthorn, Lincoln Red and Limousin. The other native breed shows also take place on the Sunday morning and afternoon. It is warm in the show ring, there is seating and most importantly there is a BAR! YES A BAR!!

The Hereford sale is Monday lunchtime but the sale of all breeds of cattle will go on all day. The market is buzzing - packed with people and cattle all weekend! So if you are looking to buy a Hereford this spring or looking for a good weekend away get yourself to Stirling! As ever you also can't beat the Scottish hospitality - plenty of places to stay, some fab places to eat and Molly Malones bar is a must

Oh and if you do buy there is always a way to get cattle back south - Steven O'kane Keadyview.

There are three Moralee cattle on offer -

Moralee 1 Clint PA381 - Lot 280

Moralee 1 Wispa TE359 - Lot 281

Moralee 1 Mink PA378 - Lot 282

Pictures and details to follow next week.
