YFC VISIT

A fantastic evening spent yesterday hosting members of Butsfield Young Farmers Club here at Moralee.

The evening commenced with a tour of the sheds giving the them an insight into our Herefords and Charolais. We then gave show heifer Pippa a pamper in the clipping shed. Members watched the grooming and dressing process with great interest.

We challenged them to a guess the weight of the bull competition, with four young members leaving with Moralee "merch" prizes after making very good guesses. The night concluded with Moralee Hereford beef sandwiches and a drink.

Many thanks to all - it was lovely to host such a large group of young enthusiastic members. Good luck to this club going forward who have a bright future ahead we think
